Some Shots From Around China.
These photos came from Beijing, Tianjin, The Great Wall, and Nanning. Just some interesting things that we have seen. As we just chilled on the 17th, we thought we would share a few of them.
BAMA FANS !
Why Alabama is selling their water in Nanning, China we have no idea.
Why is This Here ?
This figurine is at the breakfast buffet in our hotel. Again, we've no idea how or why it is here. Just thought it odd enough to photograph.
The Catholic Church and A Mosque are rare in China anywhere but in Tianjin, our hotel was between them. Hey, I just take pictures not names.
This is the Mosque. The first I have seen in China.
Where else do you expect to find fine china except in China. This and its twin adorn the doorway to a government building. We saw a similar set for approximately 160,000 rmb. You do the math at the current exchange rate.
No, it is'nt the space needle in Seattle. This is a television tower in Tianjin. Sorry for the poor quality but we we traveling down the highway. This thing is very large. Hundreds of feet tall with the customary restaurant at the top.
Wall or Staircase
The terrain where we visited the Great Wall is very hilly. The wall looks more like a very long staircase to nowhere then a wall. A staircase about 5,300 miles long if you count all the branches. That is a long staircase.
